Publishing a hosted tile layer takes a long time. I made my hosted tile layer public, but others still can't access it. I cannot publish a hosted tile layer from a hosted feature layer. Is this mixed content negatively affecting the scene display? It looks like there's a mix of HTTP and HTTPS URLs. Some layers don't display correctly in the scene. Layers are not ordered correctly in my scenes. My elevation layer doesn’t display correctly in the scene.
